How it works
Sponsor Asset Evaluation
Experienced Sponsors leverage Energia's AI-enabled analytics platform to quantify risk to maximize potential risk-adjusted returns for investors.
Sponsor Asset Acquisition
Once a candidate asset is identified, Sponsors create a fund-specific Special Purpose Entity (SPE) which directly holds the funds' assets. Subsequently, investors on the Energia platform own fractional ownership of these SPEs.
Investor Due Diligence
Energia members can access our interactive platform to gain powerful insights and access exclusive, private market energy investments.
Asset Monitoring
Your time is valuable. Energia streamlines important back-office fund management so that you can access energy markets without the all of the headaches that comes with traditional energy investing.
